We are currently shipping locally within South Africa using different couriers.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We do our best to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days after on order is received. F&A’s business days are Monday – Friday and exclude holidays.
Please keep in mind that we have an influx of orders during sale and holiday time periods, and processing could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
What if I need to modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. We can request to cancel your order but please note it is not guaranteed to happen immediately.

What Is Payfast?
PayFast is a payments processing service.
It is a secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.
Payfast allows sellers to accept payments from buyers in a variety of ways such as credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified).
These include

– FNB
– Nedbank
– Standard Bank
There is no charge to use PayFast.
If you bank with Capitec bank, please ensure you select ABSA’s bank details from payfast when paying via EFT.
International Customers will be able to pay via Payfast via Credit Card only and NOT via EFT.
Deliveries & Returns
Deliveries
F&A offers free domestic deliveries for orders over R800.
Orders are sent out Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will resume processing the following business day. A Delivery Confirmation email is sent upon purchase and will include tracking.
FRESH & ABOVE is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier or courier service. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at admin@freshandabove.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.
Returns
All disputes, claims, returns, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All returned orders are issued for online store credit applicable to anything on the FRESH & ABOVE online store. We do not offer any monetary refunds for online orders.
